Oxnard CA commercial water damage

The cause of loss for this job was a leaking pipe inside of a wall.  We were tasked with extracting the water and them removing the wall to allow the plumber access to repair the pipe.  Wall removal was delayed due to the presence of mold.  Containment was erected and the removal of the wall began

In addition to the extraction, containment, and demo work, approximately 20 pieces of equipment were placed to assist in the drying process.  During the drying time, the area had gotten wet again which extended the drying time.  

The before picture is an area of the carpet behind the customer service counter.  The after picture is the same area, just slightly forward after drying was completed.
