Oxnard commercial water damage

This loss was initially due to a broken part in the men's restroom.  However, a customer used the restroom and when the toilet was flushed, a valve stuck open and it began flooding rapidly. 

There were 6 main areas affected.  Several floor areas which included carpet removal, standing water in the restroom area and the hallway leading to the restroom and the shipping and receiving area. The walls also showed signs of damage and after being metered, it was discovered there was standing water along the walls and concrete floor.

In total the size of the loss was nearly 10,00 square feet.  The before picture shows the toilet where the loss originated and the after pictures shows the completed product in the main customer area.
