Pipe leak in Oxnard CA

A client's hardwood floor started buckling on a Saturday.  In addition to the hardwood floor, water was beginning to seep through the walls. The cause of loss was a pipe leak in the kitchen wall next to the oven.

Two dehus were placed for the job: One in the family room and one facing the main entry way.  To assist in the drying process, the wood floor vendor was able to remove the hardwood floor and SERVPRO stripped away the paint and preforated the wall to assist drying the wall in place.  The before picture is a shot of the location of the cause of loss and the after picture is the same wall showing the post-drying moisture reading.
