Oxnard CA Mold remediation

This client called upon SERVPRO to make it "Like it never even happened." when they discovered mold in their kitchen.  The area affected was quite large and required content manipulation of most of the kitchen appliances including the refrigerator and oven/stove units.  Mold was also found in the laundry room which was adjacent to the kitchen.

Demolition was necessary in this job as well to remove some tile flooring and drywall. The total square footage of affected area was a little over 450 square feet.

In the before photo you can see the large amounts of mold in the kitchen area.  In the after photo you can see post-demolition and drying and the replacement of the tile flooring.
